How do I place an order?
Browse products, add them to your cart, then go to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and place the order. You can pay with Cash on Delivery or securely online with ShurjoPay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh — you pay in cash when your order is delivered to your door. You can also pay securely online through ShurjoPay using cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank or other mobile wallets.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat charge inside Dhaka and a separate charge for outside Dhaka, shown clearly at checkout based on your district.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Dhaka typically arrive within 1–2 days, and outside Dhaka within 2–4 days after confirmation.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. All products are 100% authentic and come with the official brand warranty where applicable.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Defective items can be replaced within the warranty terms. Contact our support team with your order number and we will assist you.
How can I track my order?
Create an account and visit "My Orders" to see the status of every order (Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered).
