When buying any product from RS NexGen Electronics, the customer must provide an accurate name, address and mobile number.

Prices shown on the website may change at any time depending on market conditions and supplier pricing.

If a product price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or clerical error, RS NexGen Electronics reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, backorder or refund of any advance payment.

We may confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before processing.

We accept Cash on Delivery and secure online payment through ShurjoPay (cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank and mobile wallets). Online payments are processed by ShurjoPay; we never store your card or wallet details.

Delivery charges and timelines are shown at checkout based on your district. Estimated delivery is 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka after order confirmation.

Products carry the official brand warranty where applicable. Defective items can be replaced within the stated warranty terms. Contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
